So you've done configuring your cafesuite server. In this guide we are going to configure the cafesuite client for your client workstation.If you did not read the configuration for the server. here's is the link.
Cafesuite 3.70 SERVER Setup and Configuration Now we're going to configure client. From Cafesuite Menu > Client Setup
- Click Set password to protect client software. Enter your desired password.
- Logon System Uncheck allow members to log out on their own.
- Features Check Enable bandwidth control, Enable remote control
- Workstation Lock Check the following, Lock workstation after time is over 2 sec Lock workstation on startup 2 sec, Lock even if there is no connection with server computer. Uncheck Turn off volume.
- Look Check cover the whole workstation screen and Display the following message during lock.
- System Policies I leave the rest to default.
Save the configuration. then share the client.Browse the program data of cafesuite,If you choose the drive C on installation of Server
here's the location C:\ProgramData\CafeSuite\Client
Make sure you share it to everyone and it is read only.That's all

- NOTE: Program data should be installed in drive D of course that drive should be a lot of space.
- After finishing the installation, do not launch the Cafesuite yet, extract the downloaded crack and copy to Cafesuite installation folder which is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\CafeSuite
- Right click cafesuite.3.70.0-patch.exe should be run as administrator. Click the apply patch, then save and replace and you're good to go.
CONFIGURATION - Launch Cafestation.exe choose the operator to boss then press ok, just ignore the welcome screen.
- From the Cafestation menu, located at the top click Program > Option
- From Main Check Run program at system start up
- Backup Set the Periodic database back up every to 0h:03min
- Reports Set the repor range as what you desired.
- Operators Click the Add button > Custom > Details expand the Main option check the following: Cash in and Cash out, Manually lock workstations, Pausing time,Switch to unlimited time. Press the ok button. Fill you desired username for your cashier then click ok.
- Security Check Require to enter cancel time reason.
- Accounts Uncheck allow non members to logout on their own.
- Money Uncheck use the currency from the system control panel if you want to add your own currency.
- Charging Rate Normal > Edit, Delete the current settings, This settings apply to those who in the Philippines, If your rate is Php15 per hour you must set Price to 3 and 0.03min. follow the screenshot below
- If you want to limit bandwidth, go to bandwidth rates check the Limit the input your preferred bandwidth take note that if your customer are more on online gaming that should be 250kbps above.
- Assign Rates Computer group: default
- Leave the rest to default Click Ok and you're done.
